Bridging the gap between entry-level and high-spec machines, the Delta EZ delivers hermetically sealed, extended shelf-life packs at speeds up to 100 ppm. Designed for mid-sized bakeries, it combines cost-effectiveness with robust MAP capabilities and advanced longitudinal sealing technology.
Adapted from the high-performance Delta 6000, the longitudinal sealing system ensures excellent sealing on a wide range of substrates—from co-extruded foodservice films to PET-based barrier materials. The Delta EZ also features multi-belt infeed for automatic product phasing, rapid reel change with auto-splicing, and adjustable folding box for diameters from 6″ to 14″, making it ideal for tortillas, flatbreads, and other bakery products. Its modular platform supports future upgrades like reclosable features and double reel mounting.
