The Delta 6000 is IMA Ilapak’s fully modular horizontal flow wrapper designed for the most demanding hygiene and sealing performance standards. Featuring full IP65 washdown protection—including the sealing jaws—it ensures safe operation in harsh or hygiene-critical environments.
Built for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (M.A.P.), the Delta 6000 uses a high-speed long dwell sealing system, up to 200 ppm, and can handle a wide range of films, including recyclable paper-based or mono-material structures. It’s available in multiple configurations: top and bottom film feed (Delta 6000 R), or with a box-motion head (Delta 6000 BM) for ultra-strong, vacuum-resistant seals and flexible format adaptation. Ideal for bakery, pizza, tortillas, fresh and processed meat, cheese, and ready meals.
