D-NAMIC is a primary packaging solution for baby and adults diapers in pre-formed bags.
Its relevant speed (up to 1200 pad/min and 75 bags/min) and the range of dimensions are a complete response to the demands of diapers packaging.
The packaging process, which requires a constant control of the operations, is carried out by D-NAMIC with an optimal quality result of the product.
A wide range of options available allows an extensive variety of product configurations. The interface belt of D-NAMIC has a product adjustable entrance and an automatic tensioning system. The pitch and centering control in infeed phase allows the automatic servo driven discharge of products out of position. The height adjustment of product launchers, ensure an accurate product positioning in the stacker and an easy changeover.
