Cyclops is a bin tumbler designed for the blending and homogenizing of powders and granules for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
Providing the characteristic versatility and top performance of IMA Active’s bin tumblers, Cyclops ensures efficient mixing thanks to its 15° rotation axis while minimising the need for tumbler decontamination. The machine can be installed through-the-wall for top-level GMP configuration and space saving in the processing area.

Seamless bin blending
The innovative Trigon System is a universal bin-blocking system with a unique GMP design. This system completely blocks and blends a large series of bins without the need for any additional devices. The dual blending inclination can be supplied as an option.

Lab Version
Cyclops Lab is a bin tumbler for small batches and laboratory applications. The machine ensures minimum encumbrance and can be moved around easily within the processing area.
The BinLab geometry is proportional to the industrial bin, ensuring good upscaling.
