Automatic Loading System: precision and flexibility for flowpack handling

Designed for high performance food lines, the automatic robotic loader is the ideal solution for gently and efficiently handling a wide range of flowpack products with different formats, weights and configurations. Thanks to advanced robotics and intelligent control, products are always managed with maximum care, preserving integrity, orientation and product presentation.
Flowpacks can be singularly picked or grouped, aligned and positioned accurately into downstream packaging systems (such as cartoners, case packers or wrap around machines). The system can handle products standing, on edge or lying down, arranged in one or more rows and one or multiple layers, ensuring total flexibility for line layouts and production needs.

• CV Model: Handles random product arrival; infeed/outfeed can be co-flow or counter-flow; fast changeovers with gripper exchange; vision ensures quality and load balancing; gentle handling with vacuum cup end-effectors.
• CR Model: Designed for synchronized product arrival; collates products individually, loads them flat or on edge; integrates seamlessly with VFFS/HFFS machines; modular for multiple robots and collecting units; can form part of a MonoBlock system.
