Machine overview
Clean and clear, washing made simple
Claris is a continuous-motion rotary washing machine suitable for installation in complete aseptic processing lines. Available in three models, it covers from low to high-speed requirements.
The containers are gently moved through all the phases of the process by specially designed grippers and the washing sequence can be easily configured according to customer needs and to increase the efficiency of the cleaning process.
An ultrasonic bath can also be integrated to remove non-dilutable particles. In this case, containers are filled with water before entering the ultrasonic bath positioned in a tank and are transferred by a special elevator to the main carousel.
