Comadis CD180 is a robust tube filler designed for the most demanding production scenarios. Built to fulfil different expectations – from large-volume bulk production to reduced batches – and marked by its efficiency, it represents excellent value for money.
Available from basic to individually tailored configurations (including a fully robotized tube feeder), Comadis CD180 is able to adapt to a variety of production environments. Based on our experience, gained in the field, it will respond to all customer needs.
Comadis CD180 is now also available with a fully servo-driven dosing pump for maximum performance.

CD180: versatility combined with user-friendly programmability

With its fully servo-driven dosing pump, CD180 can be set up conveniently via HMI: stroke, acceleration and deceleration for both independently driven dosing pistons. All of this is in combination with servo-controlled, 3-way valves and diving injectors.
