The Cartomat Series is the ideal solution for fully automatic wraparound cartoning of butter, margarine, and spreads in stick and brick formats. Designed to operate from flat carton blanks, these machines deliver maximum flexibility and fast, simple format changes for both brick and carton specifications. 
With speeds of up to125 cartons per minute for the Cartomat 8500 and 50 cartons per minute for the Cartomat 8400, both models can handle 2 to 12 portions per carton, arranged in single or double layers, including display cartons and extended-length formats. 
Cartomat 8300 handles formats from 50–500 g, with an impressive output of up to 125 cartons per minute and it fully integrates with our Ecopack and Multipack series.

Cartomat 8300

Cartomat 8300 is a fully automatic wraparound cartoner designed to pack butter, margarine, and spread products for 50–500g format range into display cartons.  
Starting with flat carton blanks and an output up to 125 cartons per minute, it processes between 1 and 6 portions. The Cartomat 8300 is extremely versatile in terms of possible portion configurations, which can be arranged in one or two layers. 
Format changes can be carried out in a short time. The Cartomat 8300 is the ideal cartoner for use in connection with our Ecopack and Multipack series machines. As the Cartomat 8300 has its own drive, it can also be combined with other dosing and packaging machines. 

Cartomat 8400

Starting from flat carton blanks, and with an output up to 50 cartons per minute, it handles between 2 and 12 portions. Extremely versatile in terms of the possible portion configurations, which can be arranged in single or double layers, Cartomat 8400 is also well-suited to managing long size cartons and enables extremely fast and easy format changes for both brick and carton specifications. 
Cartomat 8400 is the ideal cartoner to implement in line with our one-lane Multipack series model for medium output. Having its own separate drive, it can be also combined with other dosing and wrapping machines. 

Cartomat 8500

Operating from flat carton blanks, this highly flexible machine achieves a processing speed up to 75 cartons per minute, accommodating 2 to 12 portions per carton. 
Configurations include options for single or double layers, and format changes, whether for brick or carton specifications, are executed with ease and simplicity. 
The Cartomat 8500 is suitable for cartons of different sizes, making it the ideal choice for integration into a line, especially for machines with higher output such as our single and double-lane Multipack series machines. 
This innovative, servomotor-driven cartoner is oil bath-free and has its own separate main drive.
