The Carrera I-500 is a robust, ergonomic flow wrapper designed for high performance at entry level. Featuring a balcony-style frame and full stainless-steel construction, it handles a wide range of fresh and frozen products—baked goods, snacks, ready meals, cheese, meat, and proteins—running at speeds above 40 m/min. Superior sealing quality is ensured by optimized transversal and longitudinal sealing units, supported by servo motors, planetary gearboxes, and slip ring technology.
Equipped with full Industry 4.0 capabilities—including remote connectivity, OEE reporting, and SCADA integration—the Carrera I-500 offers multiple automated feeding options and easy compatibility with coders and labellers.
