The technology behind the C24-T derives directly from the sophisticated C24-E version, providing a highly efficient, cost-effective solution exclusively for knotted naked tea bags and free-flowing products.
Mechanical single bag rejection and conformity control via a video camera to check correct knotting ensure constant product quality without unwanted interruptions to the packaging process. The equipment can be set up to accept an external weight control and adjustment device if required.
An on-board PC constantly monitors the process and keeps production efficiency at unrivalled levels for what is a cost-effective, high-speed machine.

C24-T with cartoning unit
Easily integrated into existing lines where end-of-line packaging is taken care of separately, the C24-T can be fitted with a versatile automatic cartoning unit for a wide variety of pre-erected cartons in 1 to 4 rows. These include tuck-in, Kurzlaschen, caddy style and tear strip cartons, as well as open trays. The cartoning attachment can be completed with additional groups, such as cardboard divider unit, and leaflet inserter. Carton closing can be processed according to needs and availability.
C24-T with cartoning unit
Built on the proven performance of the C24-T, the C24-T FLOW PACK integrates a fully automated flow-wrapping module tailored for premium tea bags. The system delivers a comprehensive solution by combining tea bag dosing and forming, and flow pack wrapping within a sole operational cycle. The machine is engineered to handle double-chamber knotted tea bags with high production capacity and precision. The flow pack heat sealing process ensures hermetic closure, preserving the aroma until the tea bag is ready to be used.
