Evolving solution
The C24-E represents the latest generation of tea bag machines for knot technology, a unique machine able to produce knotted tea bags at a production speed of up to 400 bags/minute ensuring the highest degree of efficiency.
Ongoing technological evolution has improved several features to achieve top-level performance and respond to the increasing market demand for utmost flexibility and user-friendliness.
Equipped with a vibrating feeding system for herbs, facilitating product flow and drastically reducing degradation, the C24-E is the ideal solution for all tea and herb varieties whichever packaging method is required: naked bags, crimped and heatsealed outer envelopes, plus numerous cartons, which are all assembled conveniently from flat blanks.
Ultimate efficiency is reached thanks to a series of mechanisms enabling non-stop processing such as an advanced automatic splicing system, single bag rejection, automatic weight control and adjustment. Furthermore, dedicated end-of-reel tag and envelope sensors, a video camera to check correct knotting and an on-board PC constantly monitor the process ensuring excellent productivity and product quality.

Total quality control
Simultaneous knotting of the filter bag and tag is achieved by 3 synchronised mechanical elements and constantly checked by a high-precision video camera connected to the on-board HMI. This ensures total quality control at the heart of the packaging process.
