All-round efficiency
The C2002 is the ultimate solution for high-capacity, high-efficiency production of heatsealable, double-chamber filter bags with string, tag and without aluminium staple, reaching speeds of up to 600 bags/minute. The C2002 is the only solution available on the market to produce naked bags, crimped or heatsealed outer envelopes on the same machine. Configuration can be adapted quickly and easily to suit the packaging type required.
Fully integrated cartoning solutions allow for a variety of carton styles and sizes starting from flat blanks. Size changeover is carried out easily and quickly.
Ultimate efficiency is reached thanks to a series of mechanisms enabling non-stop processing such as an advanced automatic splicing system, single bag rejection, automatic weight control and adjustment.
