High filling accuracy – optimum working width
The customized FFS machines of the C-Series can handle all types of approved materials for cups. All machines are known for their extremely high filling accuracy, often using dosing devices without seals and also able to process products with particulates. They can fill all kinds of liquid-to-pasty products. Covering a wide range of filling styles, countless customized and tailor-made design possibilities are available to satisfy specific requests.
Fillers benefit from automatic, fully controlled SIP/CIP systems for maximum hygiene, and are supplied in full compliance with European regulations. On demand, equipment can also be delivered compliant with further regulations such as FDA, 3A and EHEDG etc.
The machines are available in Clean, Ultra-clean and Aseptic execution.

Machine versions
C300(A)
The C300 is a medium-output form, fill and seal machine for cups ensuring increased efficiency, accuracy and great flexibility. The C300 is available in clean design up to full aseptic FDA level.
Optimum working width in line with the requested production capacity. Product specific filling systems stand for high filling accuracy. Huge variety of cup shapes and forms – also for double chamber cups – can be realized.
Nominal output ranges from 12.000 to 21.600 cups/hour.
C500(A)
The C500 is a medium to high output FFS machine for cups with optimum hygiene standards, ensuring increased efficiency, accuracy and great flexibility. Handles a wide variety of cup shapes including dual cavity cups. The machine can fill products in cups and double chamber cups especially for the dairy and food industries.
The C500 is available in the hygiene classes ‘Clean’ up to ‘Aseptic’.
Nominal output ranges from 10.000 to 57.600 cups/h according to type and size.
C800(A)
Equipped for an endless range of cup designs as well as dual cavity cups in all packaging material types, the C800 ensures top-level productivity, optimized working width in line with the requested production capacity and an excellent cost per cup value.
Able to fit different dosing systems, the C800 processes all kinds of liquid to pasty food products such as single and multi-layer desserts and other special product presentations, as well as baby foods and much more.
Nominal output ranges from 36.000 to 86.400 cups/h according to cup type and size. Available in Clean, Ultra-clean and Aseptic execution.
