Bottle blower Counting/Dosing
Machine overview
Take care of your quality.
The IMA Swiftpack in-line bottle cleaner has been designed to meet the highest level of GMP in keeping with the stringent requirements set by the pharmaceutical industry.
Bottles enter the machine in line and are inverted over a set of oscillating air-jet nozzles that penetrate each bottle releasing a jet of clean air. A static elimination device is also in place to assist with the removal of any possible debris from within the bottle. Any debris particles are collected and guided to an extraction area for removal, via the customer’s extraction system. On completion of the rinse cycle, the bottles are re-inverted onto the conveyor and then exit the machine.
Bottle Blower is supported by validation documentation and can easily be installed and synchronised with other integrated IMA Swiftpack equipment on new or existing packaging lines.
