Deep knowledge has allowed the IMA capsule fillers to evolve and adapt to the ever changing requirements of the market. Adapta is extremely innovative and able to dose powder, pellets, tablets, minitablets and liquids into hard gelatine capsules.
The use of advanced sensors together with evaluation algorithms of produced data, allow full control of production, setting the premises for Advanced Control Strategies. Advanced machine learning functions are used for more efficient self-adjustment of process parameters: less waste, better product quality. All this maximises machine functionality, keeping the machine performance on target and allowing the single rejection of products out of specification. Adapta no-fill bypass prevents product waste if the capsule body is not present.

Adapta 100
Adapta 100 capsule filler can reach a speed of 100,000 capsules/hour. Beside excellent accessibility, the machine allows to dose up to 5 products into the same capsule thank to its exceptional design flexibility unrivalled on the market, with more than two hundred possible dosing combinations.
Fitted with the 100% direct fill weight control, Adapta ensures maximum dosing precision and reliability even at filling products combination or for powder microdosing.
Adapta 200
Adapta 200 capsule filler can reach a speed of 200,000 capsules/hour. Beside excellent accessibility, the machine allows to dose up to 3 products into the same capsule thank to its exceptional design flexibility. Adapta proven product dosing systems have demonstrated a superior accuracy, even with a minimum quantity of drug or difficult to handle product.
Regardless of production speed, it can be fitted with fully integrated 100% control of net weight for filled capsules, with individual identification of each channel separately.
