C59

The highly compact C59 is a packaging solution for heatsealed, single-chamber bags without string and tag. For tea and herbs, it accomplishes packaging into flow packs for improved product preservation. The C59, reaching speeds of up to 900 bags/minute, processes black tea and is an ideal choice for non free-flowing products. Featuring an integrated flow pack unit as standard, the C59 completes the packaging process by inserting counted naked bags into heatsealed flow packs, which can be personalised by the customer.

AIO

This advanced packaging line features the AIO (All-In-One) machine, which forms, loads, and closes display boxes starting from flat blanks. The system ensures high efficiency by automatically erecting the box, filling it with envelopes, and sealing it in a single, streamlined process.

CP18-RP2

In the next stage, the filled display box is transferred to a CP18-RP2 integrated case packer and palletizer, ready for final shipment. This integrated solution combines precision, flexibility, and compact design, making it ideal for high-volume production environments.
