Forming and closing packing station for E-Fulfillment

E-CO FLEX automatically selects the right pre-made case size from a dedicated magazine based on the products to be packed. Case selection is driven either by direct communication with the customer’s warehouse management system (WMS) or by scanning and inspecting incoming products.
Once selected, E-CO FLEX erects the pre-glued box, securely closes the bottom using WAT tape or hot-melt glue, and applies the box ID label, preparing the case for efficient manual loading and void filling.
After placing the products inside, the operator simply pushes the box into the closing station. Here, the system can automatically resize the box height when required, reducing excess packaging material, before sealing the case with tape or glue.
Thanks to its compact footprint, E-CO FLEX can be easily integrated into existing packing lines and warehouse layouts. By adapting its working speed to the operator, it ensures smooth, ergonomic and efficient packing station operations, improving productivity and consistency in e-commerce order fulfillment.
