The complete packaging line consists of four C24-E double chamber tea bag packaging machines and an MMP400 wrap around case packing machine. This combination ensures high-speed, efficient, and versatile packaging for tea and herb products, as well as secure and reliable case packing.

C24-E

The C24-E represents the latest generation of tea bag machines for knot technology, a unique machine able to produce knotted tea bags at a production speed of up to 400 bags/minute ensuring the highest degree of efficiency.
The C24-E is the ideal solution for all tea and herb varieties whichever packaging method is required: naked bags, crimped and heatsealed outer envelopes, plus numerous cartons, which are all assembled conveniently from flat blanks.

MMP Series

The MMP400 is built to pack individual or bundled products into cases, display boxes or trays starting from flat blanks or pre-glued cases. This wrap around case packer has been engineered to protect and preserve the highest integrity of the content. The MMP400 features servo technology enabling speeds of up to 30 cases/minute and extremely smooth handling.
