This advanced line is designed to manage every stage of capsule packaging with maximum speed and flexibility. Starting with the SYNKRO Series, the latest generation of capsule filling and sealing machines, the system handles all capsule types, aluminum, plastic, and compostable materials, with a high degree of automation and a compact design. Thanks to its innovative magnetic shuttle transfer system, SYNKRO guarantees exceptional flexibility and can reach speeds of up to 1,200 capsules per minute.
The process continues with the C-900 high-speed cartoner, perfectly integrated as a turnkey solution. Capable of feeding up to 900 capsules per minute and packing up to 90 cartons per minute, it offers quick size changeovers and compatibility with any capsule type and carton style.
Finally, the MMP400 wrap-around case packer ensures secure and efficient end-of-line packaging, handling individual or bundled products in cases, display boxes, or trays, starting from flat blanks or pre-glued cases, preserving product integrity and optimizing logistics.
