High-speed Aseptic Powder Vial Processing Lines

The vacuum/pressure systems are characterised by a high dosing speed, up to 400 bottles per minute. They enable the use of up to three dosing stations for products in split-fill mode or to increase production capacity. 100% In-Process Control (IPC) is integrated into all configurations and ensures continuous monitoring and compliance with weight targets. These systems are designed for integration in aseptic environments thanks to technological assets including “SMART PLATES”, supported by motorised carts and with Unidirectional Air Flow (UAF). Vacuum/pressure systems can be combined with barrier solutions, such as open RABS or closed RABS. Combined configurations are possible, e.g. open RABS for feeding and capping and closed RABS for filling. For closed RABS or isolator setups, temperature and humidity can be controlled in the dosing area and toxic risk management is ensured in cases where high containment is required.
Auger screw systems allow a high dosing speed to be reached of up to 300 bottles per minute and support up to two dosing units, each equipped with three augers, for in-line processing of split-fill products or to increase production capacity. They are designed to maximise dosing accuracy and minimise product losses at batch end, ensuring high efficiency. They include cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sterilisation-in-place (SIP) capabilities of the dosing circuit, improving sterility assurance and reducing cross-contamination and downtime. Auger screw systems can be combined with open RABS, closed RABS and isolators, allowing for temperature and humidity control in the dosing area and managing high containment configurations.
